FAQ About Bulk Orders

ORDER MINIMUM

Some apparel projects are big. Some are small. We can handle it all!

Our minimum order for most of our printed apparel items is 12 of the same item per apparel design.

Whether it's 12 pieces or 1000, we've got you covered!

PRICING

Every apparel project is unique. For that reason, quotes vary on a number of factors (quantity, apparel selection, artwork design, number of colors, etc.). Contact us for a custom quote today!

Please note that every bulk order will have a $50 set up fee.

TURNAROUND TIME

Most of our printed projects are ready for pick-up or shipment within 2 weeks of confirmation of artwork design and receipt of invoice payment. A lot of it has to do with our current project load and the size of your project.

We encourage you to contact us as far in advance of your expected deadline or due date as possible.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS

Print-ready artwork is important! We ask that you supply us with a vector format file (.ai, .svg, editable .pdf) or a high-resolution .png file.

If you have artwork, but it needs to be converted into a print-ready format, we can make that happen for you! The average cost for artwork conversion is around $20.

If you don't have any artwork and need it created, we gladly offer graphic design services. The cost for graphic design services is $60/hr.

SHIPPING VS PICK-UP

Not all of our customers are local! We ship to anywhere in the 48 continental United States.

If you are local to Alpharetta, GA, you can arrange pickup at our warehouse.

OUTSIDE APPAREL

Due to quality issues and misprints that can arise with apparel printing, we do not accept outside apparel for printing projects.

We have a vast catalog of apparel from which you can select your items! Our team will provide guidance to assist you in selecting the best option to meet your needs.
